Performance Mentoring Programme (PMP)

Holly Needham

Holly is a 25-year-old Event rider based in Worcestershire. She started her competitive riding career in the Working Hunter show ring, winning at the Royal International Horse Show, Hickstead and coming second at The Horse of the Year Show.

From there Holly progressed to Pony Trials before moving on to Juniors, being selected for the 2017 Junior Europeans held in Millstreet, Ireland, and long listed for the 2019 Young Rider Europeans. Holly completed her first 4* in 2019 on Forever Noble. a horse she produced herself. 

More recently she has produced eight-year-old Ardnacashel Tornado R to 3*, having purchased him as a four-year-old. Holly has four horses to compete for the upcoming season. 

In her spare time Holly is a keen Triathlete, qualifying for and competing in the Ironman World Championships held in Nice in 2025. 

Holly has a degree in Sports Science and Coaching from Loughborough University, her UKCC Dressage Level 2 qualification and her Pony Club A Test.

She holds a Class 1 Articulated Vehicle Driving Licence and her Transport Manager CPC.
